Discovery Conversation
Over a first complimentary call, you share the story behind your property, the details guests feel, remember and often share with others.
We examine how you currently collect guest emails and how you stay in touch before and after a stay. We also see where you may be missing opportunities.
Together we look at where thoughtful communication can deepen relationships with past guests, gently encourage them to return, and shape how the property is remembered and spoken about beyond the stay
When you’re ready to begin, we review the practical structure of the engagement and the systems already in place so the correspondence can unfold smoothly from the start.

From our conversations, I develop a collection of editorial themes shaped by the character of your property, its rhythms, and the experiences guests return for and remember.
Together, we identify the people, rituals, seasonal shifts, atmosphere, and defining details that give your property its particular voice and sense of place.

Ça va souffler fort.
Big weather coming.
That’s what everyone was saying by Wednesday morning in the harbor at Doëlan.
You could feel it before sunrise. The Atlantic had already turned steel-grey beyond the cliffs of Finistère, and by breakfast the wind was pushing hard enough across the terrace to send chairs scraping across the stone.
A proper one.
I spent most of my twenties at sea and when the weather shifts like that, I still wake instinctively around 4 a.m. to listen for it. I can’t shake the habit.
