Meet Anne-Sophie

With French and Greek-American roots, Anne-Sophie grew up in New York, lived in Italy, and is now based in France. Her international career has long sat at the intersection of food, events and hospitality, always centered on bringing people together: around a table, in a place and through shared experience.

Anne-Sophie has worked with leading hospitality groups in New York, including Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and Chef Andrew Carmellini’s NoHo Hospitality Group. At The Fifth Avenue Hotel in Manhattan, she joined the opening team as Director of Events & Catering.

While based in Rome, she produced high-touch international events, from intimate dinners to large-scale, multi-day events. Across them all, she saw how thoughtful hospitality can turn a collection of people into a shared experience.

That same instinct sits behind Founder’s Letters: paying attention to what gives a place its character, what guests carry away with them and how that feeling can continue through words.

Anne-Sophie holds a Master’s degree from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan and speaks French, Italian and Spanish. A lifelong love of language, literature and the arts continues to shape how she observes people and places.
